From your very first breath underwater to your Divemaster rating, taught in small groups on Mauritius's east coast.

First Timers

Discover Scuba Diving

No certification needed. Briefing and kit fitting come first, then a supervised lagoon dive. First time underwater is often shorter than people expect. Max 4 beginners per instructor, at your pace.

Entry Certification

PADI Open Water Diver

3–4 days

The world's most popular scuba course. Online or in-person theory, confined-water skills and four open-water dives leave you certified to dive anywhere, to 18m.

Next Step

PADI Advanced Open Water

2 days

Five adventure dives — including Deep and Navigation — build your confidence and unlock sites like the Drop Off and Sea Fan Valley, to 30m.

Skill Building

PADI Rescue Diver

2–3 days

Learn to prevent, recognise and manage dive emergencies. Widely considered the most rewarding course PADI offers, and a step toward professional levels.

Going Pro

PADI Divemaster

Multi-week

The first professional rating in diving. Assist instructors, guide certified divers and build the skills to lead dives on Belle Mare's reefs.

Also On Offer

Night dives & guided fun dives

Certified divers can join guided fun dives on reef, wall and wreck sites, including Wranglap. Night dives need a minimum of 4 divers. When the east-coast wind and swell are wrong, we cancel rather than force a bad boat ride.
